About this recruiting internship gift
A recruiting intern is usually a student or early-career person sitting in on phone screens, sorting résumés and learning how to tell a good candidate from a great one, often while juggling a class schedule. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge the effort without pretending they've already made it. A tee with the word recruiting intern on it is a nice nod for the first week of the internship, when they're trying to look put together in a suit and nobody has told them where the good coffee is. A hoodie fits the long days in an office with the air conditioning turned too high, and a mug is the one they'll bring back to the desk every morning. Add their name, the company's program year, or their school class, and it stops being a generic work shirt and becomes the thing they wear on the day they realize they like this job. If you're buying for a whole intern class, one design with each intern's name on their own shirt makes a better end-of-summer gift than another round of catered lunch.

- A hoodie for the office chillRecruiting offices run cold and early-morning interview days start before the heat comes on. A hoodie with their name and year is practical and personal.
- A name mug for the deskAn 11 oz mug with their name keeps the shared coffee station from swallowing it. It's useful on busy recruiting days.
