About this refuse collector gift
A refuse collector starts before most of the neighborhood is awake, riding the back of a truck, lifting bins in every kind of weather, and working a route that most people never think about until the trash isn't picked up. It's hard, physical work that keeps a town running, and it doesn't get much thanks. A gift that names the job tells them someone noticed. A tee is easy to throw on for the next early morning, and a hoodie is the layer they'll want on the truck when the wind is cutting across the street. A mug with their name on it fits the thermos-and-coffee routine at the start of a shift. Put the job title on the main line and their name or their route number underneath, and it becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt is a simple way to say thanks to everyone on the truck.
