About this research associates gift
Research associates are the people who keep a lab or study running: they set up experiments, clean and log data, chase down reagents, and often hold the whole project together when the principal investigator is in meetings. Their days are long on bench work and short on credit, so a gift that says their job out loud tends to land well. A tee or hoodie with the title on it is an easy way to show you noticed the work. Add their lab name, their institution's department, or the year they started, and it becomes theirs rather than a generic job shirt. A mug for the lab fridge or the office desk is a practical reminder that somebody values the work. If you're buying for a whole research group, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to thank a team that rarely gets thanked as a group.
