About this risk intern gift
A risk intern is usually early in a finance, insurance, or enterprise risk career, learning the models, the reporting cycle, and the difference between a control and a policy. Interns often spend long days in spreadsheets and early mornings preparing for committee reviews, so the gifts they tend to keep are the ones that make the grind feel a little more like their own. A soft tee for the first summer on the job, a hoodie for the cold conference rooms that every office seems to have, or a mug that marks the desk as theirs. What lands best is something that acknowledges the path they're on. Put risk intern on the shirt and add the year they started or the team they're on, and it stops being generic office merch and becomes a small badge of having made it in. Interns often finish their program around late summer or late fall, so a gift timed to a return offer or the end of the rotation tends to feel especially welcome.

- A mug for the deskAn 11 oz mug with risk intern printed on it keeps the morning coffee in one place and gives them a small win on the first day of the rotation.
