About this scientist gift
Scientists live in a world of long experiments, shared lab benches and jokes that only make sense to the person two desks over. The best gifts for them reflect that without trying too hard. A tee they can wear to a conference poster session, a hoodie for a lab kept at a chilly temperature all year, a mug that survives being left next to the centrifuge. Start with the field: biologist, chemist, physicist, geologist, neuroscientist. A design that names the actual discipline lands better than a generic science shirt, and you can add a lab name, a university or a PhD year on the second line where a design has one. Mark a defense, a first paper or the end of a long grant cycle, and the gift says you noticed the work. For a whole research group, the Team Shop prints one design with each person's name, which beats another round of lab-meeting donuts. There are kids tees and a baby onesie too, for the future scientist in the family.
All scientist gifts →- A tee that names their fieldSwap the main word for Chemist, Biologist or Geologist so the shirt says exactly what they do. It's the detail other scientists notice.
- A hoodie for the cold labLabs run cold and late. A hoodie with their name or lab group on it is one they'll actually reach for on a long night of data collection.
- A mug for the PhD finish linePut their name and defense year on an 11oz mug so they have something to hold through the thesis writing and something to keep afterward.
- Matching shirts for the research groupChoose one design in the Team Shop and paste the group's names. Each person gets their own size, which works well for a conference trip or a lab anniversary.
