About this shipping lead gift
A shipping lead keeps the dock moving: they're the one counting pallets at six in the morning, calling the carrier when a trailer is late, and sorting out the mislabeled box before it becomes a customer complaint. The work is loud, fast and mostly invisible until something goes wrong, so a gift that names the job shows you noticed what they actually do. A tee they can wear to the warehouse, a hoodie for the cold dock in winter, or a mug for the break room where the coffee always runs out. If you're buying for someone you know well, add their shift, their building or their team in the second line of the design, so it reads as theirs and not as a generic work shirt. The Team Shop is handy if you're buying for a whole shipping crew: one design, a list of names, and each person gets a shirt in their own size.
