About this shop assistant gift
A shop assistant spends the day on their feet, helping strangers find the right size, answering the same question for the fortieth time and restocking shelves before the afternoon rush. The gifts they actually use are the ones that make the long shift a little easier: a soft tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the chilly stockroom, a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't disappear into the break room. What lands best is a gift that shows you understand the job. Put their name on it, and add the shop, department or the role title they go by, like sales associate or stock lead. Even a short line like that turns a generic work shirt into something that belongs to them. If you're buying for a whole team at one store, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to say thanks to a crew that keeps the place running.
