About this shop foreman gift
A shop foreman runs the floor. They're the one who knows which machine is acting up, which crew needs a second pair of hands, and when the deadline is slipping before the schedule says so. Most of the day they're on their feet, in a shop that's loud, dusty and cold in the mornings, so the gifts they reach for are the ones that hold up to coveralls and a hard wash. A dark tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the long winter mornings, a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't end up in the crew's break room pile. What lands best is the detail that shows you know the job. Add their crew name, their shift, or the year they took over the floor. Put their name on the mug or the shirt and it stops being a generic shop tee and becomes the one they wear when the work is done.
