About this site lead gift
A site lead keeps a job site moving, which usually means being the first one there in the morning and the last one to leave, with a radio on the hip and a clipboard that's seen better days. They know the crew, the schedule, the weather and which subcontractor is going to be late again. A gift for them should feel like it came from someone who gets that. A dark tee works well for the worksite since it hides dust and grease, and a hoodie covers the layers they wear before the sun comes up. A mug is the one they'll reach for in the trailer every morning. Type site lead as the main line, and use the second line for their company name, a crew name or a year they started running the job. That detail turns a generic work shirt into the one they actually wear on the site.
