About this site supervisor gift
A site supervisor is usually the person who knows where everything is on a job: the crew, the schedule, the delivery that didn't show up, and which subcontractor needs a reminder. They're often the first one on site and the last to leave, and they spend a lot of the day in boots and a hard hat. A gift that fits that life is something durable for the truck or the trailer, or a mug for the trailer coffee that keeps getting cold. Put the word site supervisor on the front and add their company or crew name underneath if you know it, and the shirt becomes theirs instead of generic. Hoodies work well for early mornings and cold site walks, and a dark tee holds up better than a light one when it's stained with concrete dust and mud. For a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
