About this store team member gift
Store team members spend their shifts on their feet, restocking shelves, running the register and answering the same question forty times before lunch. The gifts they keep are usually the ones that make the time off feel better: a soft tee for the drive home, a hoodie for the cold stockroom, a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't disappear into the break room. Retail crews often have a lot of people who look alike in the same uniform, so a shirt with their own name, or the store and department they work in, stands out. Add a line that shows what they do, like Sales Floor, Stock or Team Lead, and the shirt becomes a small piece of their everyday life. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you pick one design and paste everyone's name, so each person gets a shirt with their name on it in their own size.
