About this supervisor call gift
A supervisor call is someone who takes the phone calls, sits in on the escalations and gets pulled into the one problem the team couldn't solve on its own. The job is less about reading a script and more about staying calm when a customer or a coworker is upset and the clock is running. Gifts that land for them are the ones that acknowledge that. A tee they can wear on the days they're not on the floor, a hoodie for the cold break room, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it stops disappearing from the supervisors' station. You can make it theirs by adding their name, their team or center, or the year they took the role. Put the job title on the front and their name underneath, and it reads as a real acknowledgment of the work rather than a generic office gift.
