About this supervisor post gift
A supervisor is the person who keeps the shift running. They're the one who covers the call-outs, sorts out the schedule fights, and still gets asked to fix the printer. A gift for them should acknowledge that they carry the team as well as their own load. Most supervisors are proud of the role but rarely get a moment where someone says so. A shirt or mug with their title gives them that. Add the department, the site or the crew they run on the second line, and it becomes specifically theirs. Supervisors often move up from the floor, so a gift that nods to where they started can land as well as one about where they are now. If you're buying for a whole team, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a nice way to say thanks to the person who keeps everyone pointed the right way.
