About this supervisor risk gift
A supervisor risk is the person who keeps an eye on the things that could go wrong before they do. They're usually the one reviewing incident reports, checking that safety procedures are followed, and making sure the team goes home in one piece. It's a job that often goes unnoticed when it's done well, so a gift that says their role out loud tends to land. A tee or hoodie with their title works for the office, the site visit, or the weekend. A mug for the desk is practical, since they'll be reaching for coffee through a long review. Add their name or department on the second line so it's clearly theirs. If you're recognizing a whole risk team, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a better thank-you than another sheet cake.
