About this supervisor strategy gift
A supervisor strategy person is usually the one holding a team together while also reporting upward, which means they spend a lot of their week translating between the people doing the work and the people setting the priorities. They're often juggling schedules, coaching, approvals and a calendar that never quite fits. What tends to land with someone in that role is a gift that acknowledges the balancing act without being a joke about meetings. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is a clear way to say you see the job. Add a second line with their team, department or a year they took on the role, and it becomes specific to them. A mug works well for the desk where the coffee does most of the work. If you're buying for a whole group that reports to them, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with each name printed, which can mean more than a single gift from one person.
