About this survey director gift
A survey director usually runs the field side of a survey project: they plan the sampling, manage the field teams, and keep data collection on schedule and on quality. The days are full of calls, deadlines and the occasional crisis when a fieldwork vendor falls behind, so the gifts they tend to keep are the ones that acknowledge the work without making it a joke. A tee for the drive in or a hoodie for the cold early mornings at the office is an easy win. A mug with their title is the one that lives on the desk through every status meeting. If you're shopping for a whole research team, a single design with each person's name in the Team Shop makes a better thank-you than a generic card. You can type their exact title into the text box, with a second line for their company, a department or a project name, so the shirt reads as theirs and not as a template.
