About this swing manager gift
A swing manager is the person who keeps a shift running when the planned schedule falls apart. They cover the gap when someone calls out, step onto the register or the grill when the line backs up, and handle the customer who wants to talk to whoever is in charge. Most of the job happens on their feet, in a hurry, and often in a uniform that smells like the kitchen by the end of the night. A gift that acknowledges that work lands better than a generic work tee. Put Swing Manager on the front, and use the second line for the store name, a shift like Closing or Opening, or the year they were promoted. Those details tell them you noticed the role, not just the title. For a crew, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a good thank-you when a store has had a rough stretch.
