About this telephone worker gift
Telephone workers keep the lines running, which usually means climbing poles, splicing cable in bad weather, and answering calls from people who've lost service and want it back yesterday. The work is physical and often happens outside, so the gifts that land tend to be practical ones: a warm hoodie for the early-morning truck, a mug for the coffee they drink at the job site, a tee that makes the trade's pride obvious. Adding their name or their crew's name makes the gift feel like theirs and not a generic work shirt. Many telephone workers also wear their years in the trade with pride, so a line with the number of years they've been on the job can mean a lot. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a simple way to show the team that you noticed them.
