About this tooling supervisor gift
A tooling supervisor runs the people who build and maintain the molds, dies, jigs and fixtures that every other line in a plant depends on. Their day is split between the shop floor, where a tool is running out of spec at 2 a.m., and the planning board, where next month's changeover schedule has to fit around a customer's tight ship date. They usually came up through the toolroom, so they know a worn cutter by sound and they've earned their authority the hard way. A gift that respects that lands best: a tee for the shop, a hoodie for the cold early-morning walk through the floor, or a mug that marks the desk they actually sit at. Type their title into the text box, then use the second line for their shop, cell or the year they took the role, and the design stops being generic and becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole toolroom crew, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
