About this university supervisor gift
A university supervisor is the person who visits student teachers in classrooms, watches them teach, and helps them turn a rough first lesson into something they can use. Their days can mean driving between schools, sitting in the back of a room during a lesson, and then debriefing over a long conversation about what worked. A gift for them should acknowledge that quiet, observational work. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is a good start, and a mug fits the stack of observation forms and coffee that comes with the job. Make it theirs by adding their name, the program or department they work with, or the year they started. If you're buying for a whole cohort of supervisors or a team leaving a program together, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt. Gifts like these tend to land best at the end of a semester or when a supervisor retires after many years of placements.
