About this ux manager gift
A UX manager is usually the person in the room who keeps asking what the user actually needs, then has to get designers, engineers and product people to agree on it. The days are full of research readouts, design reviews, roadmap debates and too many meetings about the same onboarding flow. A gift that acknowledges that work lands better than a generic tech joke. Put their title on a tee they can wear to a design sprint, or on a mug for the home office where most of the real thinking happens. If they've recently moved into management, a hoodie with UX Manager and the year they took the role marks the shift from doing the work to leading the people doing it. Add a second line with their team or company only if they've shared it with you, so the shirt reflects their world rather than a guess about it.
