About this vp delivery gift
A VP of delivery usually sits between the customer and the engineering team, juggling release dates, staffing and the status meeting that always runs long. They're the person who gets blamed when a launch slips and rarely gets thanked when it lands. A gift that acknowledges the actual job, the pressure of commitments made and kept, tends to land better than a generic leadership joke. Adding a second line with their company name, team, or the year they took on the role makes a shirt or mug feel personal rather than generic. A hoodie suits the long remote days and the cold office, and a mug suits the stack of status reports waiting on the desk. Because the word covers a senior role, the gift should feel like something they'd use at work or proudly wear to a team offsite, not a novelty.
