About this vp mfg gift
A VP of Manufacturing usually lives in the gap between the plant floor and the executive suite, juggling production targets, quality holds, supplier delays and a schedule that never quite matches the forecast. Gifts that land for this person tend to be practical and a little wry, the kind of thing that acknowledges they've been on the floor at six in the morning and in the budget meeting at two. A dark tee works well for plant walks and weekend projects, a hoodie for cold loading docks and early shifts, and a mug for the desk where the coffee is always going cold during the third call of the day. Put the title on it, or swap in a line that nods to their plant or their line if you know it. If you're buying for a whole manufacturing leadership team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to get a better reaction than another generic gift card.
