About this vp production gift
A VP of Production usually has their hands on the whole chain at once: schedules, vendors, the line running or not running, and the phone call at six in the morning when a shipment slips. They tend to be the person who has to make the hard calls about overtime, quality holds and whether a deadline can really be met. A gift that acknowledges that work lands better than a generic office joke. A tee or hoodie with their title on it makes a good weekend shirt for the one who is never really off. A mug is the everyday thing, the cup they'll hold through the early meetings. To make it theirs, add a second line with the plant, the division or the year they took the role, so it reads as their own job and not a template. Keep the wording plain, since most people with this title would rather be teased lightly than praised too loudly.
