About this print supervisor gift
A print supervisor keeps the press room running. They're the person who catches the color shift at 2 a.m., checks the proofs before the run starts, and answers for every job that leaves the floor. Long shifts around loud machines and tight deadlines mean the gifts they keep are the ones that feel like they were picked by someone who understands the work. A soft tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the chilly pressroom, a mug that's clearly theirs so the coffee doesn't walk off to the proof table. Put print supervisor on it, or add their shop or department on a second line, and it becomes a gift for their job specifically rather than a generic work shirt. If you're buying for the whole crew, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt is a better thank-you than another sheet cake. Print supervisors often hold a certification or credential, so if they have one, you can add it to the design too.
