About this research program supervisor gift
A research program supervisor keeps a lab or study team running: scheduling, budgets, grant paperwork, and making sure the people doing the experiments have what they need to get their work done. The days are full of meetings and deadlines, and the wins are usually quiet, like a protocol that finally gets approved or a team that hits a milestone on time. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land well. A soft tee for the commute or the weekend, a hoodie for cold lab rooms and long afternoons at a desk, or a mug for the coffee that keeps the morning going. Put the title on it as your main line, and use the second line for their department, program or a year they started, so it reads as theirs rather than a generic job shirt. If you're buying for the whole team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to thank the people who keep the program moving.
