About this cell supervisor gift
A cell supervisor runs the floor of a manufacturing cell, coordinating operators, watching the schedule, pulling people off a station when a machine goes down and keeping the shift's numbers honest. It's a job that sits between the line and management, so the day is full of quick decisions and very few moments to sit down. A gift that acknowledges that tends to land: a sturdy tee for the plant floor, a hoodie for the cold dock at six in the morning, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't walk off the break table. Make it personal by adding their title on the second line, or the cell or line they run, so it reads as their role rather than a generic work shirt. Shopping for a whole team? One design in the Team Shop with every supervisor's name on their own shirt is a simple way to say you noticed the work they do.
