About this commissioning manager gift
A commissioning manager usually works at the point where a building, system or process goes from installed to actually running. That means long days on site, punch lists, test sequences that have to pass in the right order, and a lot of conversations with contractors who would rather be finished. Most of the people who do this work are the ones who get called when something won't start, and they tend to treat their job as a quiet kind of problem-solving. A gift that acknowledges that lands well. A tee or dark tee with their title is a good start for a project kickoff, while a hoodie suits the cold-weather site visits and early mornings before the commissioning crew arrives. A mug with their name keeps the coffee where it belongs, on the trailer desk. Adding a second line, like the project name, their company or a year, makes it specifically theirs.
