About this manager systems gift
A manager systems person keeps the software, databases and network tools running that the rest of the company depends on. They're usually the one who gets the 2 a.m. page when something breaks, and the one who quietly fixes it before anyone notices. A gift that acknowledges that invisible work tends to land well. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is something they can wear to the office or the weekend project, and a mug suits the desk where they spend most of their day. Add the team, the company or the year they started, and it becomes a little more personal. If you're buying for a whole IT group, a single design with each person's name in the Team Shop is an easy way to recognize everyone at once.
