About this multicultural internship gift
A multicultural internship usually means someone early in their career, working across languages, communities or backgrounds while they learn how the field really runs. Interns are often the ones carrying boxes, sitting in on meetings they're still getting used to, and asking the questions nobody else wants to ask. Whatever the setting, they're building something on their own time and paying for it in patience. A gift that acknowledges that effort lands well. A tee or hoodie that names the internship tells them the start counts. If they're finishing the program, add the season or year they completed it. Because the word can cover many kinds of work, you can add a second line for their program name, their organization or their cohort, so the shirt matches the role they actually have. For a whole cohort of interns, the Team Shop prints one design with each person's name on their own size.
