About this plan manager gift
A plan manager works with people who have disabilities to set up and run their NDIS plans, so their days are spent on the phone, in emails, and sitting across from clients and support workers while they make sense of funding and services. They're the person who keeps the paperwork moving and the support on track, and that takes patience and a lot of attention to detail. A gift that acknowledges the work lands well: a tee for a long week of meetings, a hoodie for the cold drive between appointments, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the desk where the planning gets done. Add their job title and maybe the name of their team or a year they started, and the shirt becomes a small reminder that someone noticed what they do. Plan manager gifts also suit a farewell or a work anniversary, when a colleague wants to mark the years of steady work without making a fuss.
