About this program coordinator gift
A program coordinator is usually the person holding a dozen moving parts together: the schedule, the volunteers, the paperwork, the emails nobody else wants to answer. The job runs on details, and most of the thanks they get come from the people who finally got a reply on time. A gift that shows you noticed that work tends to land well. Start with the shirts and hoodie, which suit the office or the drive to a site visit. Put their program or department on the second line, the way their name tags and email signatures already do, so the shirt reads as part of their world rather than a generic joke. The 11 oz mug fits the desk that is always covered in folders, and it's the one item they'll reach for before the first meeting. If you're thanking a whole team of coordinators, one design with each person's name printed on their own shirt makes a better gift than another card.
