About this spring intern gift
A spring intern is usually a student or recent grad who has just started learning how a workplace actually runs, often while juggling classes, a first apartment, and a lot of coffee runs. They're trying to look capable in meetings and figure out which coworkers to ask for help. A shirt or hoodie that says intern gives them something to wear on the days they feel like they're still new, and it marks the season they're in. Add the company's department or the year in the second line if you know it, or leave it general and let them fill in the meaning. Spring internships often wrap up in the summer, so a mug works well as a going-away gift for the last week, when everyone signs a card. A hoodie suits the cold office, the early-morning commute, and the first real paycheck they'll spend on something for themselves.
