About this supervisor control gift
A supervisor control person usually sits where the plant, the dispatch room or the control floor meets the rest of the operation, watching numbers and making the call when something drifts. They often start their shift before anyone else and stay after the handoff, carrying a radio, a binder of procedures and a lot of quiet responsibility. What lands with them is something that acknowledges that role without sounding like a training poster. A dark tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the cold control room, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't disappear into the break room. Use the word exactly as they'd say it at work, and add a second line for their shift, their site or their year in the job if you know it. That's how a generic profession shirt becomes something they'd actually reach for.
