About this supervisor field gift
A supervisor in the field is usually the person who knows where the work actually happens: the job sites, the routes, the crews who start before sunrise. They're the one answering the radio, signing off on timesheets from a truck, and fielding calls when something goes wrong three counties away. A gift that fits that life is something durable and practical they can wear or use on the way to the next site. A dark tee or hoodie holds up to dirt and long days, and a mug gives them a warm drink in the truck or on the tailgate. Add their title or their crew name in the second line, and it becomes theirs rather than a generic work shirt. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better gift for a supervisor than a sheet cake in the break room.
All supervisor field gifts →- A dark tee for the job siteDark shirts hide the dust and grease that come with field work, and a title on the second line makes it personal.
- A hoodie for early morningsField supervisors start before the sun comes up, so a warm hoodie with their name gets worn on the cold drives in.
- A mug for the truckAn 11 oz mug with their name keeps coffee hot through the morning run and stops it from walking off the crew's table.
- Matching shirts for the whole crewPick one design in the Team Shop and paste the crew's names. Everyone gets their own shirt in their own size.
