About this tech intern gift
Tech interns are usually students or recent grads working their first real engineering job, often juggling a laptop, a lanyard, and a lot of questions they're embarrassed to ask. What lands with them is a gift that says you see the work they're doing and that they belong in the room. A soft tee for the first week of the internship, a hoodie for air-conditioned office days and late debugging sessions, or a mug for the desk so their coffee stops disappearing into the kitchen. Put their name on it, or add the year and their school, and it becomes theirs instead of a generic tech shirt. A mug with their name is useful on the first day when their desk is still bare. If you're buying for a whole intern cohort, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each intern's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to mark the end of a summer program.
