About this work supervisor gift
A work supervisor is the person who gets the schedule posted, handles the call-outs, and still ends up covering the register when someone doesn't show. They usually know everybody's name, their coffee order, and which shift needs an extra hand before anyone asks. The gifts that land are the ones that say the job is noticed, like a mug for the early-morning pre-shift routine or a tee for the days they're on the floor helping out. Put their name or their team's name on it so it feels personal rather than generic, and use the second line for their role or a department name if you know it. A supervisor who has spent years being the one everyone comes to will usually keep a gift like this on a desk, in a locker, or in the car, and that's the real measure of a good one.
