About this assembly associate gift
An assembly associate works on the line, often on their feet for a full shift, fitting parts together to the same spec hundreds of times a day. The gifts that land are the ones that fit that routine: a soft tee that survives the wash, a hoodie for the cold break room or the early shift, a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't disappear into the coffee pot. Assembly work is detail work, and people in it tend to notice when a gift gets the details right. Put their name on the front, or their role on the second line, and it becomes a shirt they'll wear to the plant instead of one they'll leave in a drawer. If you're buying for a whole line or team, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and paste each person's name so everyone gets a shirt with their own name printed on it.
