About this berger picard gift
The Berger Picard is a French herding breed, rustic and rough-coated, with a shaggy beard and a habit of working closely with its people on farms. Owners tend to be devoted, a little opinionated, and proud of their dog's independent streak. A shirt with Berger Picard on it is how they show that to the dog park and the trailhead. Since the breed is less common in the US than many herders, a Berger Picard gift often lands with someone who has explained the breed to strangers more than once. Add the dog's name on a second line and the shirt becomes theirs, something they can wear to the vet or on a hike. For a dog lover who already has one, a mug or hoodie works well, since that's where they'll be on a cold morning with the dog at their feet.
