About this binder operator gift
A binder operator spends the day running a machine that folds, glues or bundles printed pages into finished books and pads, so their work is precise, repetitive and often loud. They know the feel of a well-bound spine and the sound of a jam, and a gift that acknowledges that daily craft tends to land better than a generic work shirt. Put their job title on the front and add the shop or the shift underneath, such as Bindery, Day Shift or Second Shift, and the shirt becomes theirs. Print shops and bindery crews often wear matching shirts, so if you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and paste each person's name for their own size. Hoodies suit the cold loading dock, and a mug is a good fit for the break room coffee that keeps the line moving.
