About this coffee shop worker gift
Coffee shop workers start before the sun is up, work the morning rush at full speed, and spend more of the day on their feet than most people realize. They know every regular's order, they've burned their wrist on a steam wand more than once, and they've mastered the art of remembering a name with a line out the door. A gift that acknowledges that life lands well. A mug is the obvious pick, since they'll use it on a break or after a shift, and a hoodie covers the cold walk in before dawn. Put their name on it, or add the shop's neighborhood or the year they started, and it becomes theirs rather than a generic barista joke. For a whole crew, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt is a nice way to say you noticed how hard the team works together.
