About this counselor gift
Counselors carry a lot of other people's bad days, often in small offices with a box of tissues and a door that doesn't quite close. Whether they work at a school, a clinic, a camp or a community center, the job is listening for hours and then going home with the weight of it. A gift that's just for them, soft enough to wear on a slow day or a mug that's clearly theirs for the first cup of coffee, says someone noticed the effort. Counselors are a bit like teachers in that they're rarely thanked in the moment, so a gift that names their work lands well. Add the kind of counseling they do, like School, Camp or Career, on the second line, or their role if they have a title. The preview will show you how it looks before you order, and most people find the change from a generic tee to their own word makes the gift feel much more personal.
