Yellow Dot Diablo mug

About this diablo gift

Diablo is a small town in the East Bay, tucked under the hills of Mount Diablo, and the name carries a sense of place that people who live there feel strongly. Residents often mean the hills, the trails and the view from the summit when they say it, so a shirt that names the town is a nod to where they walk, drive and come home to. It's a good fit for the person who grew up there and still tells people where they're from, or for the new arrival who has fallen for the trails and wants to show it. Hoodies work well for cool mornings on the trail, and a mug with Diablo on it suits a kitchen window that looks out at the hills. Adding a second line, such as a street name, a trail or a year they moved in, makes the gift about their Diablo rather than a generic town shirt.
