About this district manager gift
District managers oversee a group of stores, so their days are split between a laptop in a car, a parking lot call, and walking the sales floor to check that the shelves are right. They're the person who gets blamed when a region misses its numbers and rarely gets thanked when it hits them. A gift that acknowledges that job lands well. A tee with District Manager on it reads as a small joke they'll enjoy at a store visit, and a hoodie is the thing they'll grab for the early drive to the first location of the day. A mug fits the office they actually spend time in, between stores. To make it personal, add the region, the district number or the company's name on the second line, so it's clearly their territory and not a generic title. Many managers also mark a promotion or a milestone year, and a design with that year on it makes the gift feel earned rather than handed out.
