About this e learning manager gift
An e-learning manager spends their days making courses that people actually finish, which means juggling instructional designers, subject experts, learning platforms and a stubborn stack of compliance deadlines. They're often the one translating a messy topic into modules that work on a phone during a lunch break. A gift that acknowledges that work lands better than a generic office item. A soft tee for the days they're presenting a new platform rollout, a hoodie for the long stretch of building a course over a quiet winter, or a mug for the morning when the LMS is down and the coffee is the only thing that's working. Add a second line with their team, their company's training department, or a year they started the role, and the shirt becomes specific to them. Teams often celebrate their learning leads together, so the Team Shop is a simple way to give everyone on a training group the same design with each person's name on their own shirt.
