About this epic applications coordinator gift
Epic application coordinators sit between clinics, IT and the people who actually use the chart, so they spend a lot of their week translating and troubleshooting. Build tickets, training sessions, go-lives and late-night downtime calls all happen on the same keyboard, and most of the thanks they get is quiet. A gift that acknowledges the work lands well: a hoodie for the long stretch of go-live weeks in a cold conference room, a mug for the desk where the phone never stops, or a tee for the day they finally close the last ticket on a big project. Make it theirs by putting their title on it, or the name of the project or team they're proudest of, in the second line. Keep it simple and let the title carry the meaning, since a clear, specific design tends to get worn more than a joke.
