About this equipment supervisor gift
Equipment supervisors keep the machines running, which means they're often the first called when something breaks and the last to get credit when it doesn't. Their days tend to involve checking logs, scheduling maintenance around production, and walking the floor with a clipboard or a tablet. Gifts that land for them are practical ones that acknowledge the job: a sturdy tee for a shift in the shop, a hoodie for the cold early mornings, or a mug for the office where the coffee gets made between work orders. The word itself is a good place to start, since it names exactly what they do. You can also add a second line for their department, their site, or the year they took the role, which makes the shirt feel like it was made for them specifically. If you're buying for a whole maintenance crew, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to get more use than a generic gift.

- A hoodie for early startsFor crews who open the plant before sunrise, a hoodie with their name or department on the chest keeps them warm between checks.
- A mug for the officeAn 11 oz mug with their name gives them a spot to rest between work orders, and it stays at their desk instead of walking off to the break room.
