About this far rockaway gift
Far Rockaway sits at the far end of the Rockaway peninsula in Queens, a beach town where the boardwalk, the bay and the subway ride out are part of daily life. People who grew up there often carry that in their bones: summers at the water, the long wait for the train, a neighborhood where everybody seems to know somebody. A Far Rockaway shirt is how they say where they're from, whether they still live a few blocks from the sand or moved to another state and miss it. It also suits the family who spent every summer at the beach and still talks about it. Pick a design that fits their mood, add a second line if you want a street or a year on it, and you have something they'll actually reach for, not a souvenir that goes in a drawer.
