About this flippin gift
Flippin is a small place, and the people from there tend to be proud of it in a quiet way. A shirt with the town name is the kind of thing they'll wear without thinking about it, to the grocery store, to a game, or on a trip to visit someone who moved away. Because the name is short and unfamiliar to most people, a shirt often starts a conversation: where's that, and what's it like? That makes it a good gift for someone who's left home and misses it, or for someone who never wanted to leave. Think about how they'd actually use the piece. A hoodie for cold evenings, a dark tee for everyday wear, a mug for the morning, a onesie if there's a new baby in the family who'll grow up hearing the name. You can add a second line, a year or a street, to make it personal.
