About this great lakes gift
Great Lakes people tend to be proud of the water even when they never swim in it. Whether they grew up on the shore of Lake Michigan, spent summers on a Lake Erie beach, or just drive past Lake Superior on the way to somewhere else, the lakes shape how they think about weather, weekends and home. A tee or hoodie with the name on it is a way to say that out loud, especially for someone who has moved away and misses the big open water that looks like the ocean. The lakes are also a shared identity across eight states and a province of Canada, so it fits people from very different towns. Make it theirs by adding the lake or town they're from on the second line, or a year that matters to them. A mug is a nice daily reminder for the one who keeps a cup of coffee on the porch and watches the water. For a kid growing up near the shore, a kids tee or baby onesie starts the tradition early.
